2. What are the benefits of working with a VA?

Reduced costs

  • You only pay for the time and support you need.

  • Engaging a VA means you don’t pay the costs associated with regular employees such as payroll tax, workers compensation, sick leave, annual leave, superannuation etc.

  • VA’s work from their own offices and provide their own equipment and software

Scalability

  • You get the support of a highly skilled individual, but only when you need the services, allowing you to scale your business up or down quickly and with minimal of fuss.

  • Working with a VA  gives you the advantage of utilising the internet and other resources that are out there so you can work smarter NOT harder

  • Being virtual, location is not a factor when it comes to working with a VA we can be based anywhere in Australia

  • VA’s are able to be flexible with their work hours and can often schedule their time to suit your business needs.

Work/Life balance - freeing up your time

  • As a VA can perform your non-core activities, you have more time to focus on growing your business rather than spending your time on the day to day operations.

  • More time to spend with your family and friends, during a time when normally you'd be run flat off your feet.

We offer a Free, no obligation initial consultation, where we aim to understand your business and learn more about your immediate and long-term needs, and then discuss practical options how we can help. We can tailor a solution that suits your needs and your budget.

If the task you need help with is not listed just ask – if we can’t help you we will find someone who can

5. What happens when I am ready to proceed?

Once we have discussed your needs and the details of the project or role and you are happy with our proposal,  you will be sent a contract that includes important information around agreed hours of work, how we will communicate and some terms and conditions that both parties can sign. These are particularly important when it comes to protecting private and confidential information surrounding your business practices.
