Hi, I'm Charlene, owner of Virtual Balance Business Support, which I established 2020, with the intention of assisting other small business owners, as well as myself to achieve a balanced work and home life.
Business Administration is where I built my career and I have accumulated over 30 years experience working in various Administration, Accounts and Customer Service roles across a wide range of industries including, Mining, Health Sector, Wholesale Distribution, Hospitality and Retail.
The closure of my retail store, which I operated for 3 years, brought me to the realisation that not only was Business Administration where my heart was at, but also that small business owners, like myself, needed access to a service that could provide Business and Administration support as needed.
Being a business owner, wife and mum, I understand the struggles that go with managing, while also wanting to grow your business. We can't wear all the hats and we don't have to.
I love to take on new challenges, whether that's helping with the daily tasks to help manage the functional aspects of your business, creating documents or marketing materials, or assisting with getting your business out there.

After years of travelling around Australia in our motorhome, we traded life on the road for acreage in Far North QLD.
As a mum of 3, I love to get outdoors and with the FNQ weather we enjoy getting out camping, attending horse events, spending time we our friends, horses, motorbikes and fishing.
